güd from Burts Bees Product review

Burt’s Bees recently launched a new line called güd!  This fun, new collection includes all the “gud” stuff of sunshine and laughter!  Treat your senses to4 luscious scents; Floral Cherrynova,Orange Petalooza, Vanilla Flame and Pearanormal Activity. This new line includes body, hair, hands, and fragrance products. Just like Burt's Bees products they contain natural ingredients and are never tested on animals. And of course contain NO parabens, pthalates, or petrochemicals! I love Burt's Bees products and use them all the time so when I heard about this new line I was very exited to try it. I was given several products in the collection including Orange Petalooza Natural Softening Conditioner, Floral Cherrynova Natural Body Mist , Orange Petalooza Natural Body Butter, Vanilla Flame Natural Hand cream, and Pearanormal Activity Natural Foaming Hand Wash.

The first thing I noticed about these products is their fun floral packaging. It is very girly and I can see tweens and teenagers alike loving this stuff. The second thing I noticed was how fabulous the products smell. Vanilla Flame smells good enough to eat, Orange Petalooza is sweet and citrus-y, Pearanormal Activity has a clean almost floral scent, and my favorite Floral Cherrynova has a slightly floral, semi sweet, and nutty scent that is absolutely delicious. As usual Burt's Bees has not let me down. I love all of these products and have been using them on a daily basis. I especially love the Natural Softening Conditioner that I have been using on my little girl Penelope's hair. It leaves her hair soft and smelling sooo good. As soon as she is finished with her current shampoo (another Burt's Bees product) I am going to be purchasing some güd shampoo.

You can purchase these products and more online or in several retail stores.

Giveaway- Enstrom's Toffee

CLOSED

Winner #17- Rebecca O

Oh my. Where do I begin? Perhaps this will help explain:

Or perhaps my husband, who hates candy, can explain. Around a MOUTHFUL of the tastiest toffee ever created he said, "Whis is THO GUD!" Translation: pure heavenly bliss.

This is not sticky toffee. This toffee is not hard as a rock. It is not stale. It is absolutely perfect. I must reiterate that I am NOT getting paid to say this. This is truly our experience and opinion of Enstrom's Almond Toffee

The flavor is creamy. The texture is crunchy but without sticking in your teeth. It's a delightful crunch, a melt-in-your-mouth crunch. No teeth-breaking-crunch here!

I have been a long-time fan of Heath candy bars and Werthers but they hurt my teeth. I absolutely love toffee. But Enstrom's is hands down the King of Toffee! You can tell they use quality ingredients and not fillers. I don't think I could eat a Werthers ever again.

When our box arrived we ripped into it. It lasted 2 days. Maybe three if you count us licking up the crumbs in the bottom of the box. Those crumbs, by the way, would make a perfect topping to an frosted cake or a bowl of ice cream.

The toffee is filled with bits of almond and coated with crushed almonds. You don't really get a huge almond flavor. The toffee flavor really sings through the almond. The almonds just give it this extra nutty touch.

I have nothing bad to say. No recommendations for the company. Nothing to add to or change about this decadent candy.

I want to add this from their website: Enstrom's confections are unconditionally guaranteed and are certified Kosher dairy products under the direct supervision of the Scroll K / Vaad Hakashrus of Denver.
