My hero is all my patients who fight hard to live,

I'm not sure I have heroes, per se, but the people I admire and are grateful for are people that are selfless and risk their own lives for others, whether that be soldiers, firefighters, even parents.

My son, even though he is 10 he has been through a lot in his life! He still manages to make me smile and crack up laughing when I am having a bad day or just sad. I love it when I am sitting down and he inches close to me and just wants to be next to his momma!

My everyday hero is my Mom. She has always been a great example of a hard working, loving Christian wife and mother. She was a great cook, and talented at so many things. She is now aging, and living in assited living, but still has a smile and a hug for those she loves.
